Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we will ever do.

COUNSELING FOR YOUNG ADULTS

Young adulthood is a uniquely challenging season — full of change, pressure, and big decisions that can feel exciting one moment and overwhelming the next. You may be balancing school or work, navigating new relationships, figuring out your identity, or trying to manage expectations from yourself and others. Even the most capable young adults can feel lost, anxious, or unsure of their next steps during this time. I work with young adults who struggle with perfectionism, self-doubt, emotional intensity, and the pressure to hold everything together on their own.

In our work together, we slow things down so you can understand your emotions, untangle unhelpful patterns, and build skills that help you feel more grounded, confident, and flexible. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in person-centered and DBT practices that support you in navigating real-life stress with clarity and self-compassion. Whether you’re starting college, entering the workforce, or trying to figure out who you are becoming, therapy offers a steady place to grow through this season—not just get through it.
